Perinatal Professional Support, Designed For You

Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders | Infertility | Loss | Perinatal Sexual Health | Birth Trauma

Many clinicians are driven to help moms after their own experiences with perinatal emotional complications. Therapists may not know where to start and ongoing or individual consultation can be helpful in guiding both advanced training and case-by-case challenges. Catharine supports clinicians with their individual consultation needs and offers trainings for mental health and birth professionals, read more below.

More than Supervision…

Support & Guidance tailored for you.

My Supervision Style- Working with Catharine McDonald

I offer clinical supervision and consultation to clinicians interested in specializing in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and those looking to create the practice they love. I do not offer cookie-cutter supervision- our work is unique to your needs. I enjoy working with clinicians who are collaborative in nature and appreciate the value of connecting with others in the wellness community, building these relationships helps us all help our clientele.  I strategize with my consultation clients to shape their practice and serve their clients in ethical and competent ways that energize the therapist while valuing self-care. I have zero plans to hand you all the answers, I expect you to show up ready to work and will send you off with concrete tasks to work through until our next meeting.

You can count on me to be prepared to challenge you, support you, and empower you to grow personally and professionally along the way. You have my full attention in our time together and I’m ready to share a wealth of resources to help you meet your professional goals.  We can work together to find that balance so you can give your clients your best and look forward to your work day.
