Individual & Couples Counseling
Appointments will be 50-55 minutes in duration. If we both think we are a good fit, we will agree upon a frequency of treatment at our first session and revise this as needed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask that you provide me with 24 hours’ notice. If you miss a session without canceling, or cancel with less than 24 hour notice, you will be required to pay a fee of $75.00 [unless we both agree that you were unable to attend due to illness, emergent circumstances beyond your control, or you are a Medicaid member]. After two missed appointments we will discuss whether this is the right time for therapy and/or if referrals are appropriate.
It is important to note that insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for cancelled sessions; thus, you will be responsible the cancellation fee. In addition, you are responsible for coming to your session on time; if you are late, your appointment will still end on time.

Optum Behavioral Health (United Healthcare, ConnectiCare, Harvard Pilgrim and Oxford)
I am out of your insurance network, you may pay the session fee and I will submit to your insurance on your behalf as a courtesy- you may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement depending on your out of network benefits. You also have the option to self-pay.
For your convenience I accept cash, check, or credit card. Payment is due at time of service and there is a fee for returned checks.
